Il propose aux parents, aux grands-parents et \u00e0 toute personne responsable pour des enfants ou des adolescents, des entretiens et des conseils sur des questions d\u2019\u00e9ducation, ainsi qu’un soutien et des suggestions dans des situations de stress.<\/p>\n

L’accent n’est pas mis sur l’intervention, mais sur la clarification, l’orientation, l’information et l’auto-responsabilit\u00e9. Elterentelefon permet de cr\u00e9er des \u00e9changes entre les parents et leurs enfants ou avec d’autres structures d’aide.<\/p>\n

Vos interlocuteurs au Elterentelefon sont des personnes professionelles et b\u00e9n\u00e9voles qualifi\u00e9s et bien form\u00e9es. Tous les conseillers b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d’une supervision r\u00e9guli\u00e8re et d’une formation continue pour les accompagner dans leur travail de conseil.<\/p>\n

Il va de soi que, tout comme au Kanner-Jugendtelefon, toutes les conversations au Elterentelefon sont anonymes<\/strong>, confidentielles<\/strong> et gratuit<\/strong>.
