Les personnes qui subissent des violences sont constamment sur leurs gardes. Des questions et des pens\u00e9es tournent dans l&rsquo;esprit &#8211; Dois-je m&rsquo;enfuir ? Puis-je me d\u00e9fendre ? Pourquoi moi ? Qu&rsquo;est-ce que je fais de mal ? C\u2019est de ma faute ? Qui va m&rsquo;aider ?
