The BEE SECURE Helpline 8002 1234 is a free telephone helpline<\/strong> that any citizen of any age can contact with questions about internet and digital media safety<\/strong>. The helpline is a first point of contact for questions and offers an anonymous and confidential<\/strong> conversation in which individual advice and guidance<\/strong> is offered and, if necessary, referrals are made to the relevant or specialised service.<\/p>\n

We are available Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm (from the Luxembourg network only).<\/p>\n
