Ambassadors in action

Our ambassadors were once again very busy this school year 🙂
In addition to their work in various schools, the ambassadors were also present at various events:
@Mini-Lënster – @DigiRallye – @Teenieparty – @City Rallye – @Weltspilldag – @Teenage Dream – @Darkness Into Light – @MUSIC & FAMILY FESTIVAL: Messtival – @City Party im Atelier – …………….
Here are a few impressions from the last two events:
Mini-Lënster:
On 31 July, the ambassadors had an information stand and workshop at Mini-Lënster (Children’s play town) at the Centre Polyvalent Gaston Stein in Junglinster.
Our textile dyeing studio was a big hit: around 80 children took home a beautiful, individually printed KJT gym bag. As you can see, the children did a great job, and we also had some very interesting conversations about the Kanner-Jugendtelefon 116111 (children’s helpline) and Elterentelefon 8002 4444 (parents’ helpline).

DigiRallye :
The DigiRallye, organised by our partner SNJ, was a resounding success, and we were able to reach over 80 children (from various Maison Relais) during our workshop.
In our workshop, the children learned about the Kanner-Jugendtelefon 116111 (children’s helpline) and were able to put themselves in the shoes of our mascot BOD, who has already experienced many digital situations. Some situations triggered very positive feelings, while others were perceived as dangerous.
It was interesting to see that the same situation was assessed differently by the children. Here is an example that surprisingly evoked positive feelings in many participants, along the lines of: ‘This shows that Mum cares and that playing outside in the fresh air with friends is a nice alternative.’
