Das Elterntelefon ist ein telefonisches Gespr\u00e4chs-, Beratungs- und Informationsangebot, das Eltern und andere Interessierte in den oft schwierigen Fragen der Kindererziehung schnell, kompetent und anonym unterst\u00fctzt.<\/p>\n

Es bietet Eltern, Gro\u00dfeltern und jedem, der mit Kindern oder Jugendlichen zu tun hat, Gespr\u00e4che und Beratung in Fragen der Erziehung, Unterst\u00fctzung und Anregung in belastenden Situationen.<\/p>\n

Im Vordergrund steht nicht die Intervention, sondern die Kl\u00e4rung, die Orientierung, die Information und die Selbstverantwortung. Das Elterntelefon baut den Eltern Br\u00fccken im Kontakt mit ihren Kindern oder zu anderen Hilfseinrichtungen.<\/p>\n

Ihre Gespr\u00e4chspartner(innen) am Elterntelefon sind gut ausgebildete hauptamtliche und freiwillige Mitarbeiter(innen). Alle Berater(innen) erhalten, begleitend zu ihrer T\u00e4tigkeit am Elterntelefon, regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Supervisionen und Fortbildungen.<\/p>\n

Selbstverst\u00e4ndlich sind, ebenso wie am Kanner-Jugendtelefon, alle Gespr\u00e4che am Elterntelefon anonym und vertraulich.
